About Us

These days words like innovative and designer tend to be used rather indiscriminately, as does the word special. But our hotel is all of these and we're very excited about it!

St Annes is a luxury holiday hotel catering especially for people of all ages who face life with mobility, visual or hearing challenges and their friends, family and carers.

The hotel, which overlooks the picturesque beach, has been planned and rebuilt for the sole purpose of offering people the chance of a stress free seaside holiday in the pretty town of St. Annes-on-Sea.

All rooms are furnished to a high specification with deluxe en suite facilities. The bathrooms are fully adapted, all with level access shower rooms.

Dining

Our lounge areas are both comfortable and relaxing. Guests can enjoy a quiet drink looking out over the scenic promenade.

An excellent choice of food can be found in our restaurant. We offer a variety of dishes and can cater for any special dietary requirements you might have. In fact whatever your needs are, we will do our utmost to cater for them.

Bar

Our stylish Active 8 internet café bar provides an ideal atmosphere for a light lunch, to meet friends for a relaxing drink or to surf the net at your leisure!

Car Parking

The hotel has its own private parking with ramped access to hotel.

The hotel is also able to offer a pick up and drop off service from your home in our adapted mini bus, for which an additional cost will be applicable.

Attractions

St.Annes-on-Sea offers a gentler and more peaceful location than its larger neighbour, Blackpool. Its Victorian Pier, bandstand and quality accommodation reflect the ambience of a more traditional seaside resort.

The blend of a spacious shopping Square, street entertainment throughout the summer months, lovely parks and gardens brimming with flowers are reminicent of a bygone era, whilst Pleasure Island and Salters Wharf provide lots of family fun, whatever the weather.
St Annes has a great reputation for offering superior hospitality to its guests and residents alike. The town has developed four of the best golf courses in the country these being the Royal Lytham, the Old Links, Green Drive and Fairhaven Golf Club.

Additional Information

There is an indoor Hydrotherapy Pool and Sensory Room for our guests to use free of charge. The pool has a manual hoist and stepped access with handrails, and there is a changing room with a level access shower and toilet. The Sensory Room offers creative therapy with interactive sounds to promote a calming environment. You can book a private session for the pool and the Sensory Room at Reception.

Conference Facilities
We combine state of the art facilities and luxury accommodation to provide a fully accessible venue for meetings and conferences. Our state of the art conference lounge has its own private bar, wireless internet access and is equipped and fully adapted for the visual and hearing impaired.
